Authority Roadmap
Building research authority is a multi-year effort. This roadmap tracks our progress from foundation to scale.
Phase 1 — Foundation
Done- Published methodology, editorial policy, and disclosure policy.
- Named independent reviewer program established.
- Initial category definitions and coverage table published.
- First two original reports published with full frontmatter.
Phase 2 — Depth
In Progress- Expand source diversity for each active category.
- Move all live reports through independent review.
- Introduce annual review cycles for core benchmarks.
- Publish first correction log and evidence-response analysis.
Phase 3 — Scale
Future- Add four to six new active categories.
- Launch archived report versioning for transparency.
- Develop machine-readable research outputs and API access.
- Publish annual methodology review and reviewer rotation report.
Quarterly Targets
- Q3 2026: Publish two additional category benchmarks.
- Q4 2026: Complete independent review of all live reports.
- Q1 2027: Launch correction log and reader evidence portal.
- Q2 2027: Expand to six active categories.
